Today I made a really nice shrimp wok. Low on calories but I have to save myself for the traditional Christmas Buffet tomorrow…
The wok is 300g of shrimps, 45g of leek, 100g of broccoli and a nice garlic butter of 50g butter and one clove of garlic and some white pepper. Simple and really nice all together.

And I am actually not a bit hungry. Maybe the calories from yesterday is helping since they where quite high.
