Experimenting a bit

Today I experimented a bit with a dish for the next edition of the magazine I am writing for. I was pretty happy with the result. Pork chop with a crust of cheese and eggs seasoned with dijon mustard.

The mayo is also seasoned with a little mustard and the brussels sprouts are fried in butter and a little of chili seasoned olive oil.

The intakes for what I ate today (1,5 of the plates above and some extra cheese) was
