Today I woke up the old Croc pot to cook some pork.
After 10 hours the meet was so tender it fell apart. I used a quite “lean” pork and I must say the fatter one is much better. This was nice, but maybe a little dry. Tomorrow I will do some kind of stew based on cream and the “stock” from the pork. Not sure “where” to go but I think I will go towards green peppers…
I also had some lunch at my parents today. A kind of “hash browns” of cauliflower, carrot, eggs and cottage cheese. To the “hash browns” we also had some salted pork.
