Today I made a really nice casserole:
- 400g of finely cut chicken thigh
- 50g finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon minced pink peppercorn
- 1 tablespoon of tomato pure (with no added sugar!)
- 1,5 dl cream.
I fried the chicken and onions and added the pepper and some salt. Finaly I added the cream and let it reduce a bit. I grated some parmesan cheese and put on top.
During the night I ate some more parmesan so the intakes was quite high.
