I did not think I would say this but the last couple of days I have got a bit tired of pork chops… The butter is still ok, but the chops have lost their attraction… 🙂
So today I had chicken and pre-made sauce béarnaise.

Tommy, what kind of spice do you usually use? Your chops and fillets look gorgeous, you make my mouth water 🙂
I normally just season with salt and a mix of white and black pepper. Really fat pork is so tasty by it self and when fried in butter and a little olive oil there is no real need for special seasoning.
