At the office this morning I complained about the large portion of pro shank the night before. I was never gonna eat again… Or so I said anyway…
After a long walk from one of the more “remote” stores I worked up a bit of hunger and I managed to eat quite a lot of food.
Some cheese and sausages followed by filet of pork with the celery butter.
I have almost finished the presentation for the weekend in Säffle. Today I tested the technical stuff. Controlling keynote on the MBA with the iPhone. After some fibbing around I got it to work so from that perspective I em ready. I am pretty confident in speaking in front of people but the problem with the Säffle gathering is that there are so many LCHF-experts in the audience. Most of them might know more about the theories than I do but I have the upper hand when it comes to knowledge about me… 🙂
