Old favorite

Yesterday at the birthday dinner we (as usual) talket about food… One vegetable that was mentioned was cabbage. It was a long time since I made coleslaw so I went and bought some cabbage and made a really nice version with onion, dijon mustard and parmesan cheese.

To the coleslaw I fried two pork chops and made butter seasoned with different herbs.
