Yesterday we got a good-bag in the event I participated in. I was a bit suspicious about the chocolate bar so I made some tests today. The nutritions are quite hit. 18g of carbs per serving (34g) most of it fibres and some strange sugar alcohol (or similar). I was curious how this small pice of chocolate would affect my blood sugar.
I would say it did have an effect but not that much. I did however feel a bit more hungry quite soon after the testing but if this feeling is “true” or something I imagined I cannot say. I did have a huge lunch before going to a friend for gaming. 450g of chicken and the can of coconut cream (also from yesterdays goodie-bag). A lot of curry and some veggies (onions and green peppers). It turned out really nice so I will tweak it a bit for the new edition of the magazine I am writing for.
The intakes was really high on the carbs but a lot of it was from the chocolate…
