Tomorrow it’s time for my first walking/running event. It’s one of the Swedish LCHF-writers and her “club” who are putting up an event in Stockholm. The track is 5km so it’s not gonna be a problem getting around it. I have walked minimum 5km a day the last week so my feet are ready.
The dinner tonight was a standard chicken and garlic butter dish.
I have changed tool for my calculations and the chicken is a bit “fatter” in this tool so the ratio and calories gets a little higher than before. Not sure what is the correct value but since the level of fat in the actual chicken probably varies it’s not a big deal.
