No calorie restrictions

I will not continue thinking about calories to control my intakes any more. It’s boring and stupid… I will eat what I want, when I want. I will register the intakes in the new tool to see what happen when I eat 500+ calories “too much” every day… 🙂

Today was a good example of eating more than the app wants me to… On my Swedish blog we have discussed cheese and one of my favorites came up so I had to buy some today. A blue cheese called Bavaria Blue. Really fat and nice… Some sausages to the chess and the pre dinner snack was done.

I duplicated the plate later in the evening too… So the intakes was quite high…

Between the snack plates I had dinner. A really nice wok made of chicken, broccoli, onions, paprika and butter.

    Dear Tommy,

    Hi! From other blogs I have read, I learned that the fitness app’s can be adjusted! There are many different types of diets. Check your settings and see…. You should make the app’s say… “you need to eat a little more fat today!”.

    I myself am still getting use to low carb high fat. I am enjoying my meals and cooking… and for the first time in my life, I eat and feel full. I can even have small meals… as long as it is high fat. I have never done so well with my eating. No binging!

    Then, last week we had company and so I ate something I had been wanting – we shared a huge platter of nachos (corn chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream) and a local restaurant. Well, my body is still dealing with the sugar high… I got pimples!! So painful. And I was hungry for days! It took a several days of eating really big LCHF meals to get back to normal. I definitely won’t do that again. I am really appreciating the fact that my body/metabolism just cannot deal with carbs.

    Keep up the good work Tommy and sharing your experiments!

      Yes, true LCHF-app would be great. I have some plans but a couple for other apps are first… 🙂
