I will not continue thinking about calories to control my intakes any more. It’s boring and stupid… I will eat what I want, when I want. I will register the intakes in the new tool to see what happen when I eat 500+ calories “too much” every day… 🙂
Today was a good example of eating more than the app wants me to… On my Swedish blog we have discussed cheese and one of my favorites came up so I had to buy some today. A blue cheese called Bavaria Blue. Really fat and nice… Some sausages to the chess and the pre dinner snack was done.
I duplicated the plate later in the evening too… So the intakes was quite high…
Between the snack plates I had dinner. A really nice wok made of chicken, broccoli, onions, paprika and butter.
