Behind the scenes

I sometimes get questions about what tools I use for calculations etc. I use a Swedish tool for registering what I eat at www.lchf.se. This picture shows what today looks like…

Then I put some of the numbers into the spreadsheet created in “Numbers” (The excel for Mac OS).

I push all pictures through Adobe Lightroom

And then I write the post here in WordPress…

Thats it… 🙂

Today I had (as seen above). Salmon, spinach and shrimp butter.

    That looks very interesting and informative…but I like the pictures of the food better! 😎
    Also, I make a very simple tartar sauce for salmon using only mayonnaise and finely chopped capers and caper juice…maybe you’ve tried it before?

      Hehe, yes pictures of food are better…

      I have a similar sauce in my rotation even thou it’s quite rare for it do actually end up in the top of the list. I do the same as you describe but add a little dijon mustard to give the says yet some “sting”…
