Chops and mushrooms

Even thou I ate a small amount of food yesterday I was not really hungry wen I woke up. The sickness was gone but I was no very keen on eating so I waited until after work to have dinner.

A couple of nice pork scoot with a creamy mushroom sauce. Some extra cheese and a sausage in front of the computer later in the evening led to a nutrition intake of:

    I am still enjoying your blog and your meal pictures. On the pork chops and mushrooms, how did you make the sauce that the mushrooms are in…thanks and take care.

      Thank you!

      The sauce is really easy… 100g of mushrooms fried in butter. A little salt and white pepper. Then I add 1,5dl of double cream and let it “reduce” to a stew/sauce. If needed I add more salt. This time I added some soy sauce, thats why its so dark.
