Even thou I ate a small amount of food yesterday I was not really hungry wen I woke up. The sickness was gone but I was no very keen on eating so I waited until after work to have dinner.
A couple of nice pork scoot with a creamy mushroom sauce. Some extra cheese and a sausage in front of the computer later in the evening led to a nutrition intake of:

The sauce is really easy… 100g of mushrooms fried in butter. A little salt and white pepper. Then I add 1,5dl of double cream and let it “reduce” to a stew/sauce. If needed I add more salt. This time I added some soy sauce, thats why its so dark.
