The weight is going up again. I blame the cheese… 🙂
For dinner today I had a couple of pork burgers with brie cheese and olives. I really like the taste of pork more than beef.

I do feel I am a bit “short” in my postings and I will try to write a little more. But at least I do post (almost) every day… 🙂
I enjoy your blog postings and your daily pictures. It has helped me the last couple months,in getting into a LCHF eating program. I have done low carb for quite a few years, had good progress and then just couldn’t lose any more. Weight is coming off again slowly.
Just wondered, why would cheese make you gain weight since it is so fatty…I know it comes from milk, but still, it seems that the fat should equal it all out?

I am not sure if the cheese actually makes the weight go up. I know that some people does experience a slower weight loss when eating a lot of cheese and cream. I can not really tell from my data that this is true for me. My problem is actually that I tend to “overeat” the cheese so I eat a little to much and I do not “feel” it until its “too late” and I am to full…
