I have been measuring my ketones for the last couple of weeks and I think I will stop now. When it comes to my basic eating I know what will impact the levels so the last weeks measuring feels a bit redundant.
To high proteins and to low fat ratio will lower the ketones.
The weight last week has been quite sable. Not really what I had hoped for, but stable. I will start walking a little next week to see if I can get a better result.
Today was a bit weird when it comes to food. I was really hungry at lunch and had a can of hot dogs with some mayo. Then around 4 PM I was hungry again and this is a bit strange so after dinner the intakes was quite high today. The dinner was a deer stew with a slice of pure butter for a change…
I am not sure why I was so hungry today. I have also had a lot of coffee, more than usual…. Maybe there is a relation between lot of coffee and hunger even thou I have not experienced that before.
