The warm weather continues so I did not run this morning. It is really warm and humid (for a Swede) but tomorrow morning I really have to get out. My plan is to run on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday but if I do get up early enough on the Tuesday I skip that day and set the clock at 5AM for the Wednesday. I I have to run either Tuesday or Wednesday. And then Thursday or Friday and finally Sunday. But as I said, the weather is really weird so it is hard to get a good night’s sleep and then go ut running in the morning.
