Today i was at my parents house to book the trip to Rome in March. We managed to book flights and hotel so now we only have to decide what to do there…
At my parent I got lunch
Cauliflower and broccoli pancakes with pork. Really nice!
I alson ate some peanuts so the carbs went up quite high today.
To make the fat ratio ok I ate some hot dogs and mayo when I got home.

I’ve been lurking here awhile – it’s interesting how you eat. I’m missing a gall bladder and have a hard time with a very high fat ketogenic diet, though I would love to try it. How do you make the pancakes?- They sound wonderful! Also I’m looking for a good mayonnaise recipe – do you make your own?
The pancakes where actually made by my mother and I have asked for the recipe. I know the pancakes have cottage cheese, eggs, broccoli and cauliflower (and a little carrot for some reason…).
I always do my own may.
3 egg yolks
3 dl oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
some salt and pepper depending on what I will use the mayo for
