Race tomorrow

Tomorrow I will run my first 1/2 Marathon. I have only got to around 18k this winter so the 21 will be pretty long. I will not force myself to run all the distance so I will walk now and then to save strength. It might be pretty war tomorrow so I will have to be careful with the water and salt intake.

For dinner tonight I had chicken, feta cheese and new made mayo.
