Today I was away painting minis all day and when I got home I had some beer sausages and fried chicken with garlic mayo.

I wonder if you have any tips for making mayo at home? Every time I’ve tried, it turns out tasting not very good. (If there were such a thing as commercially marketed mayo made with healthy oils, I’d buy it, but it doesn’t seem to exist.)
Home made mayo does not taste like the ones you can buy. I tend to season with garlic, chili and other seasons with a bit of punch.
I have not found any perfect commercially mayo in Sweden. Some are better than others thou…
