Replace sugar with sugar?

I am following the Richard Dawkins foundation on facebook and today they posted a really “funny” picture.

I am not sure if this actually exists but if it does I just love it… Sugar is a good replacement for sugar… Don’t think so…

Today I did a 6k run and when I got home I had a couple of eggs.

For dinner I had more eggs this time with a lot of bacon. 4 eggs and 280g of bacon.

    Geez, fructose is the other part of sugar (which is glucose and fructose) and goes direct to the liver, resulting in non alcoholic fatty liver disease.
