Today I had the last of my pork chops from a “family pack” I bought a couple of days ago… I ad the pork with a butter seasoned with only salt and black pepper. I sometimes get the question how I fry my meat. 99% of the times I only fry in butter. I start on quite high temp and then I turn the heat down quite a lot once I flip the meat. Then I put a lid on the frying pan and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes. Finally I let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes.
