Today I was on a business trip and the lunch was at an Italian restaurant and most of the menu was pasta. They had a soup of green peas and smoked salomo. Peas has a bit to much carbs but I went for it anyway. It was a good choice. The soup was really nice and smooth.
I got home to the office a bit early so I managed to get a couple of hours of work done before I went home for dinner.
In the fridge I had salmon and asparagus waiting for me. I fried the salmon in plenty of butter and the asparagus was almost boiled in butter. To the salmon I had truffled butter and a pre made sauce béarnaise made for fish with white wine. The sauce was a bit salty so I won’t buy that again.
