Mexican deer

I have now seen the front page of the next edition of the Swedish magazine I am writing recipes for. Funny to the picture I was not really happy with ending up on the front page…. 🙂  It is somewhat small, but it is supposed to be a shellfish cole slaw…

I have to start creating new things to do with all my minced deer. Today I seasoned it with peppers and fried some cabbage. On top of it I put a new butter seasoned with taco spices.

I also made som cookies that I ate and the nutritios got a bit higher than expected.
