				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today we had a visitor from one of our other offices and we went out for lunch. We went to a place with buffet and the main options was a casserole with pasta, beef and cream. All mixed up together. So that was a no-no&#8230; The other main was breaded fish with potatoes. Not a very good option neither. So I went for the Taco buffet instead. Atleast I could eat the chicken, minced beef and cheese. I added some carne in the tool because I am pretty certain the minced beef includes carbs of some sort. The chicken was in a kind of sweet and hot sause so in goes some more carbs. I also added some broccoli and cauliflower.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today a colleague of mine had a lunch box full of carbs but I still got inspired by it. In the box there was pasta, feta cheese and minced beef. I did not really come close, but I think it was the feta that did it. I chopepd chicken and cabbage that I fried in butter. Everything was seasoned with taco seasoning and was topped with a lot of feta cheese and some butter.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I still had an avocado left from yesterday so I was thinking about what to do with it. I finally decided on making a nice avocado and shrimp butter with some chili. So 50g of butter was mashed with one avocado and 100g of shrimps. Some garlic and some cayenne was added. To sharpen the butter a bit I added a tablespoon of lemon juice.</p>

<p>When I got home I made a really nice avocado butter. 100g of butter, a small clove of garlic and some peppers to one mashed avocado. To this I had a lot of pork. 500g of pork chops&#8230;</p>

<p>To the dessert a marmalade of figs ended up on the table. I did not have any but one thing was a bit interesting. Its more sugar than figs in the marmalade&#8230; It says it took 51g of fruit and 52g of sugar to make the marmalade. Pretty &#8220;funny&#8221;&#8230;</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I was in Stockholm for meetings all day. It&#8217;s good I don&#8217;t eat lunch since the meetings left me no room for a break. On the way home the trains made me late home as usual. First one train ahead of ours broke down so I got to see places I have not really seen before&#8230; Then they had to stop our train to do a check on some things on the boogies (they called it).</p>
<p>When I finally got home I made dinner and today I skipped the chicken and fried a couple of pork chops. Some spinach and garlic butter was added to the plate.</p>

<p>The costs this week has been 99 SEK on monday, 66 SEK on tuesday and 64 SEK today. 1 SEK is roughly 0,15 USD so the cost today at 64 SEK is 10 USD. So food for a full day for 10 USD is not very expensive. At least not for Sweden&#8230;</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so now the gaming weekend is over and everything is back at normal again. Sorry for not posting but gaming from 10 am to 11 pm and driving home to &#8220;sleep&#8221; and then back again took some energy&#8230;</p>

<p>Food during the gaming convention is always a bit tricky. This year was no exemption. The first thing I would like to say is that I did drink a lot of Coke Zero&#8230; Since we organized 6 gaming sessions at our diorama we got 6 food tickets. The only thing I could get for these in the shop was:</p>

<p>Burgers without buns. I added some mustard and some dressing but that was it. After the first day I started having breakfast at home before going back&#8230; I needed the fat from the scrambled eggs.</p>

<p>The last day they tried to get rid of some leftover cheese so I managed to put some on my burgers.</p>

<p>When I got home on Sunday morning (at 3 AM) I googled for the brand of the burgers to get the nutritions. I was surprised to see 100g of burger haf 7g of carbs&#8230; What? Hamburger should be 100% beef? At least in my naive little world. So during these days I had more carbs thanks to the burgers than I have had in quite some time. over 30g of carbs per day&#8230;</p>
<p>On Sunday I took a long walk and bought me some minced beef to make my own real burgers. Guess which was the best ones? The ones above or these:</p>
